Supplement to yesterday's post
① Once the daytime mail processing is done, set up the mail case for the evening crew to use. ② The evening tasks roughly include: 'Final check of mail brought from outside', 'Organize ←', 'Organize mail from the mailbox', 'Input tracking items like Letter Pack', and 'Go empty the mailbox'. ③ It's run on a routine basis, and this week, 'Mr. Problem' was in charge of the final check. ④ However, depending on the routine, the way the case is set up needs to be slightly changed. ⑤ That day, the person who harassed me at work was on paid leave due to personal reasons, so only 'Mr. Problem' and a junior colleague (whose recovery from surgery was not going well and couldn't lift heavy things) remained. ⑥ 'Mr. Problem' arbitrarily changed the routine to empty the mailbox, and the junior colleague suddenly became the checker, causing a huge panic. ⑦ The section chief was busy with other tasks and couldn't help, and I had to leave for a hospital appointment. ⑧ I was definitely going to get yelled at by the person who harassed me (because I couldn't cover for the junior colleague). ⑨ Yesterday the routine changed, but what about today? Should I change the case setup? What about input? Did I do the checks for requests from other branches? He's going to get angry again, right? My head was in a panic with these thoughts. ⑩ I snapped.

Author③The reason he's a problematic old man is because he's driven others to the point of adjustment disorder in the past. He's also a former employee (currently non-regular), so his pride is high. ④→I know this is the most wasteful thing to do, but when I told the manager that I had to change it considering my physical condition and work efficiency, he said, 'Can't you guys just handle it yourselves?' ⑥→It's likely they changed it arbitrarily because the checker was absent while the mailbox was open. Also, my junior can't lift heavy things, so they can't carry the bag with the mail. ⑧→In the end, I got angry and was talking to the manager, so I didn't get scolded for running out of time, but he was probably angry. When I was making a scene, a senior calmed me down, and after I settled down, I apologized to those around me. I'm often told that it's better to prioritize tasks, but I just can't seem to do that...
