Back Pain...
I massaged my back with a massager and got terrible back pain the next day. It's been two days and it's not getting any better. It feels fine right after waking up in the morning, though. Is there a quick way to heal it?

Is it massage after-effects? If the affected area feels warm, it's apparently good to cool it lightly. Massaging it is strictly forbidden.
