What's the difference between Nagasaki Champon and Ringer Hut?
I've eaten at Ringer Hut a few times and know the taste, but I haven't had authentic Nagasaki Champon. How does it taste different from Nagasaki Champon? Nagasaki is far away and I don't get to go often, so I'd love to try it.
