I baked bread for breakfast today! Got a home bakery from my grandma! It takes up space, but if you put the ingredients in before bed, you wake up to fluffy bread in the morningð Waking up to the smell of bread is so niceð I recently bought new dry yeast, and I'm impressed by how much the bread turns out differently when you use a slightly better one. Maybe my previous dry yeast was deadâŠ

The smell of freshly baked bread! What a wonderfully happy way to wake up. It's amazing how just one packet of dry yeast makes such a difference. Hope you have a great day fueled by that fluffy bread!
