Doubling the rate really speeds up growth...

I'm currently running with Onimaru as the captain, set to double rate, and he's surpassed Nagayoshi, who started around level 110 (if I remember correctly), starting from level 90. As expected, the captain bonus + doubling the rate is incredibly fast. I've maxed out Nagayoshi's mobility and kept Onimaru's mobility low, so I think I can manage with this setup for the rest of the period, but it does make me a little anxious.
