Exusiai's "Angel of Death" talent has been upgraded with a new mechanic upon the implementation of her "New Testament" alt. Originally, deploying her would cause constant self-damage, leading to her retreat with 0 HP. Now, she retreats with 1 HP remaining. Her skills are all ammo-based. For instance, her skills can be made to last indefinitely even if there are no enemies after activation. If there's a lull in enemy presence, you can deactivate the skill to replenish SP. Regarding her ATK, I can confidently say she's on par with the top-tier Snipers in modern Arknights. In terms of AoE clear, she might be outshone by Wishminder, who was featured last year. However, for single-target elimination, Wishminder only has 6 shots, while Exusiai's S3 boasts 10 shots. Since she fires 5 shots per activation, she's comparable in clearing power. She also serves as an answer to high-DEF enemies, showcasing high damage output. Furthermore, her survivability is enhanced as she recovers HP every time she consumes ammo, potentially negating the need for healing support. This unique trait creates synergy within an all-ammo-based squad, as Exusiai's HP recovers whenever allies consume ammo. Additionally, when ammo is consumed, she calls in an airstrike on enemies within her attack range. This effect can also boost the firepower of other ammo-based operators besides Exusiai. As mentioned, Wishminder and other ammo-based operators are becoming the meta, indicating significant future potential.

I'm dipping my toes into the strongest characters. Their S2 is excellent, so if you get them to Promotion 1, they'll be unstoppable. Think of them as a sniper with high survivability.
