What are you doing?

If I'm going to do Playio surveys, I feel like I could just use other survey apps... I'm thinking I'll wait and see for a bit, and if the reviews are good, I might try it then.

I tried it for a bit, but after a long answer, it showed a 'not applicable' message. It's too much hassle, so I won't do it anymore.

It was too difficult.

I tried it out of curiosity and it took about 20 minutes, but I got 80,000 gems. It's not exactly time-efficient since you get kicked out often, though.

Rather than saying I won't do it, I absolutely won't. If the information leaks to a dark web site, it's over. (There are cases where people intentionally leak it. The 'special cases' causing problems now are exactly that. They buy personal information from dark web sites.)

My friend who did it said it took about 10 minutes and they only got a little over 800… I've decided not to do it.

I tried one. It took longer to answer than the estimated survey time. Plus, the same questions came up multiple times, and some pages were still in English, giving the impression it wasn't made very carefully. After spending about 5-10 minutes and being disqualified, I received 540 gems as an apology (I think that was the amount). On the first day of implementation, I saw some people saying they got a lot of gems, but with news of data leaks happening daily, I felt like this might not be something I need to do.

I entered a few times but completed 0 surveys until the end. The gems I received were about 300.

I'm not going to do it right now. The reason is that I'm not currently short on gems and it looks like I'll be able to exchange coins to the maximum this month too. Also, my tier doesn't go up from answering surveys. To maintain Platinum, you eventually have to play the game or your tier will go down, so it seems like it will be tough later if I try to earn easily through surveys.

I don't plan to.

I thought about doing it because the rewards were good, but then I saw a parade of personal information requests and just closed it lol

Honestly, I'm a bit worried about posting personal information...

It seems like if you're not the type of person they're looking for, you often won't get the full amount of gems even if you answer the survey, so I don't feel very motivated. I do think it's a good thing that there are now more ways to earn.

Is it possible Playo is leaking personal information? Am I overthinking this?

I entered my zip code without thinking, and then thought, 'Should I have not done that...?' But since I already entered it, I've been trying various things, but I don't know my household income, so I can't answer most surveys and get rejected because I don't meet the conditions. Boo hoo. The first one I tried didn't match, but I got some gems as a bonus.
