The correct answer seems to be Black Grail…

Today, I challenged Granmarine again… I had previously equipped Elkiud with a Kaleido Scope CE, but this time I switched to Black Grail. I was avoiding Black Grail because I didn't want my HP to be chipped away, even down to 1 HP, but I managed to shave off enough health that I could have won if Elkiud had just lasted one more turn! (This is a screenshot before using the Noble Phantasm…) Just one more turn… please don't attack, Granmarine…🙏 Four attacks in a row is just unfair… (I get taken out by the 4th attack every time)
