Sometimes the hidden rewards don't get added due to errors.. Has anyone received this?

Looks like Whiteout Survival and Fate War are in the same genre.

I started playing after seeing the crow event. The rewards are pretty decent for a current game.

It goes up to level 18. Pretty decent.

The game is super busy lol, there's a lot to do.

I completed everything on the 27th to get the Shogun's Hat, but I didn't receive it. I contacted customer support, and this is the reply I got... I completed everything on the 27th!!!!! The reward button was just activated late, so why should I be the one to suffer!!!!!!!

It's nice that there are no ads, but there's so much I have to do outside of treatment for the treatment itself.

Should I only make warrior-type characters?

I thought 2000 gems was a big reward, but it was the lowest tier. I'm really sorry for getting so excited and acting foolishly. I'll be more careful next time. ㅠㅠ

No matter how much I level up my heroes and equipment, they won't go any higher ㅠㅠ Are blue ones better than purple ones?
