Ugh, so annoying

I completed everything on the 27th to get the Shogun's Hat, but I didn't receive it. I contacted customer support, and this is the reply I got... I completed everything on the 27th!!!!! The reward button was just activated late, so why should I be the one to suffer!!!!!!!
