The idol duo of George Michael and Andrew Ridgeley, Wham's Careless Whisper. Even the genius musician George Michael started as an idol. His solo career was amazing, but he was already a superstar during his Wham days. I remember a craze for Wham songs at school when I was in elementary, and even though I didn't know English, I wrote down the lyrics phonetically in Korean and sang along 🤔 As an idol group, they had many dance tracks, but this ballad and the carol 'Last Christmas' are still listened to by many people today. This song would play when setting the mood at a dance hall and was often inserted in comedy shows for cheesy scenes.

This is Kaikai Kitan, the OP for the first season of Jujutsu Kaisen. Jujutsu Kaisen's songs match the opening videos so well, it gives you goosebumps, making it a feast for both eyes and ears. I've attached the opening video as well. https://youtu.be/1dDvMEisEC8?si=-at-ROwMbpggrpVw Give it a listen.

I've been waiting for Chuseok to arrive just to introduce this song!!! 🤩 Following up on Dodeuri Group's [HAWWAH], which I introduced before the board was added, new songs have been released. The lyrics of Dodeuri Group's [It Felt Like a Dream] express the speaker's sadness and lingering attachment after a breakup, and their resolve to calmly move on, all woven into a Korean narrative. Upon searching for lyric interpretations, it's said that the phrase [Disappear, and on your way, leave me behind] perfectly captures the sentiment found in Kim Sowol's poem 'Azaleas' or the traditional folk song 'Arirang's' [Oh, you who are leaving me behind]. Not only the lyrics but also the music video and choreography beautifully express Korean tradition, so I highly recommend watching the video while enjoying the music. This is one of the songs I often listen to when my mind is cluttered, my self-esteem is low, and I want to find some courage.

The song I'm bringing you today is IVE - Off The Record!! This album actually wasn't that famous, so there might be quite a few people who don't know 'Off The Record' 🥺🥺 As a DIVE, I'm just gonna leave this here. It's a really great song to listen to while driving in the fall! The melody is calm, yet it has that unique IVE vibe, which I love. The music video is also amazing 😱😱🥰🥰🔥🔥😍😍😋 After this Chuseok holiday, when you're heading home, give it a listen 🌆

This is the song [Because I Don't Love You] from Kim Dong Ryul's 4th album <Toro>, released in 2004. It's a song that captures the sad feelings of a couple who sense their impending breakup, expressed through calm yet poignant lyrics, making it a favorite for many even today. Singer Harim participated in the harmonica performance and chorus, enhancing the song's quality. There also exists a version sung by both artists on broadcast at the time.

Apparently, this song came out before I was even born lol. It's from 2002... 😇 I first saw Jang Nara in a drama (though I don't remember which one), not through her music. But one day, out of curiosity, I searched for her and found out she was also a singer! Then, I stumbled upon this song, Sweet Dream!! As soon as I heard it, it was totally my style, so I've been listening to it often since then lol And the music video for this song is truly GOAT... The vibe is completely my style, and Jang Nara is so adorable ㅠㅠ Compared to now, she really looks the same. How come she doesn't age? The song has a dreamy feel, perfect for listening to in the morning, so give it a listen today ㅎㅎ Start your day off right by listening to your morning song!! And have a great Chuseok holiday, eating lots of delicious food 💗

What moon, what moon, a round moon like a plate. Where, oh where did it appear? It appeared at my house. This is why... while others go to the yard, balcony, or some spot every year to see the full moon, I have to go to my bathroom every year to see it. Haa.....ㅠㅜ Have a joyful rest of the holiday season!!!!!

Just because the stars aren't visible doesn't mean the light has vanished. It's merely taking a moment to catch its breath, deeper than before. As you wander to the melody of Plum, you might feel your own star quietly twinkling in the dark night sky.

Today's song is a masterpiece by the living fossil of jazz, George Benson (may he be praised). It's 'Nothing's Gonna Change My Love For You'. The reason it's not the original is simply because I brought you my favorite version!! (No arguments allowed) So, who's the singer? It's Liz, who, despite being a one-hit wonder, left behind the timeless classic 'You're Gonna Be Happy'. The story behind her stage name is also interesting. Liz, who is of Korean-Canadian descent, was originally active under the name Liz. However, the then-agency CEO thought, 'What if the name evokes a sense of place?' and it became Leeds, the English city. (Yes, the same Leeds as Leeds United). This song, reborn as a cover by Liz, features her unique vocal tone that is warm yet tinged with a certain melancholy, making it incredibly catchy once you hear it. A great song to listen to as autumn approaches~ That's all for now!
