I visited Douunri Cafe in Ganghwa with a friend today! We were laughing so hard about how delicious the pasta was, and the staff member came over and said, "Our pizza is delicious too! You should try it next time you visit." LOL I guess we were really enjoying our meal... I had the Cheongyang Seafood Cream Pasta today, and there was a generous amount of seafood! It had big pieces of crab and shrimp, and there was surprisingly a lot of seafood in there. And the taste was truly something I'd never had before... It's a cream pasta, but it was different from the usual flavors, kind of sophisticated? It had Cheongyang chili peppers, so it was slightly spicy and not too rich, and my friend and I finished the whole plate ㅎㅎ The cafe was huge and the garden was well-maintained, so it was nice to look around! Next time, I'll trust the staff and go try the pizza 😈😈

The place I visited for lunch today is called 'Bat Bat,' which sells Vietnamese food. I ordered pho, spicy pho, and cha gio. When I placed my order, the staff kindly asked if I wanted to omit cilantro, so I think even people who don't like cilantro can order comfortably. While waiting for the food, I could also look at the Vietnamese snacks displayed in the store, which was surprisingly fun to browse. First, the pho was light and clean-tasting, so I enjoyed it without feeling overwhelmed. I heard the spicy pho was spicier than Yeol Ramen, so I was a little worried. However, for someone like me who can't handle spicy food well (like Buldak), it was better than I expected. It was okay at first, and only a slight spiciness lingered at the end after eating. The cha gio was crispy and delicious, and among the three types, the sweet potato cha gio was my favorite. The banh mi also looked delicious, so if I visit again, I'll have to try that next time. If you like Vietnamese food, I think it's worth a visit.

I visited this place because my parents wanted to eat pork ribs for their birthday. It's been a while since I had real ribs, not just marinated ones made from pork neck, and I liked it so much I wanted to share. If you order a set, it comes with a hearty doenjang jjigae (soybean paste stew), and you can choose between naengmyeon (cold noodles) or gyeranjjim (steamed eggs), so it was a place with great value for money ^^ I highly recommend it to anyone living near Suwon~~ Address: 36-2, Suseong-ro 304beon-gil, Jangan-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do, 1st Floor Restaurant Name: 88 Suje Sutbul Galbi

Live octopus Boiled octopus Assorted cold raw fish soup Posting them up!! The boiled octopus was really just lightly blanched, and the cooking level was perfect!! I forgot to ask them to boil the octopus head whole, so it's a shame they boiled it after removing itㅠ For cephalopods, the cooked head and its innards are the main event, aren't theyㅠ The cold raw fish soup's broth was sweet and sour, and delicious~~~

This is Hiyori-dang, a Japanese restaurant I used to frequent during my university days. As it's quite well-known by word-of-mouth, it tends to be pretty crowded during lunchtime. It seems like a place that many people consistently return to. Personally, I felt good just from the moment I entered, as the atmosphere right from the entrance was great. The dishes I ordered were Kimchi Katsu Nabe and Tendon. The Kimchi Katsu Nabe was a bit salty for my taste, but the spicy flavor of the kimchi and the crispy pork cutlet blended well, making it delicious. Eating it with the warm soup made for a satisfying meal. And the Tendon was personally impressive. The crispiness of the tempura was truly exceptional. The crunchy texture was perfectly felt with every bite, so I think anyone who loves fried food would enjoy it haha. Since I visited often during university, coming back after a long time brought back not only the taste of the food but also memories from that time, making it feel a bit more special. If you have a reason to visit the area, it's worth stopping by at least once.

This seems to be my first post after joining. I'd like to introduce a Western restaurant I visited before, called Limurrance! The atmosphere was cozy and quiet, and the European-style music made it even more serene~ The dishes I ordered were Ratatouille Lasagna, Flavor Igloo Cream Pasta, and Beef Brisket TooMba Pasta. When I ordered these, they first brought out the pre-meal bread! The bread was crispy and went well with the cream. Then, the dishes came out in order~ The lasagna has a tomato base and it was my first time trying it, but I was very satisfied with it! Next, the Igloo Cream Pasta was fun to eat by breaking the enoki mushroom tempura on top, and it was delicious with the crispy texture combined with the cream. As for the third dish, the Beef Brisket TooMba Pasta, it tasted exactly as you'd imagine. However, it seemed like they made the pasta by hand, and because of that, the noodles were really good. After finishing everything, they even gave us ice cream as a dessert and service. This place had the best atmosphere and taste, and the customer service was excellent, so I was very satisfied.

I saw a post here and decided to check it out. It's the Gopchang-ssil-guksu and Morning Glory. It tastes like totally localized Korean food~ I wanna go to Vietnam! 😃

Decided to do absolutely nothing today. So, takeout it is. BHC is having a sale these days. Devoured it with my son... hahaha Hope you all had a delicious lunch! Let's spend the rest of the holiday being lazy~~~
