Eating Out
I ate a ton of lamb skewers and hot pot yesterday, and now my stomach's not feeling great today. It was such an overeating day ㅜㅜ

Let's diligently eat our seasoned vegetable side dishes~
After trimming the fiddlehead ferns today, I don't feel like cooking anything else~ Just keeping it simple with the side dishes I already have! Preparing seasoned vegetables really takes a lot of effort~ Let's all eat them thankfully and deliciously~~~

Tonight!!
I had a lot of chives, so I used them up and made some pancakes with chives, zucchini, onion, shrimp, and spicy peppers, mixed with whole wheat flour and pancake mix!! I ate so much that I think I'll skip dinner.

Late Welcome Greeting
Today, to celebrate the weekend, I made mentaiko mayo baked rice balls. Mentaiko Baked Rice Balls (Serves 3) Ingredients: 1 large mentaiko, 1 small mentaiko, 3 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water, 2 tbsp oligosaccharide, 3 servings of rice. Optional: sesame seeds, pickled radish. 1. Prepare the mentaiko. 2. Mix with mayonnaise (if the mentaiko is salty enough, that's good). 3. If you're adding pickled radish, finely chop 4-5 large pieces. 4. Add sesame seeds if you like, or add pickled radish. (It's sweet with pickled radish, but I'm not sure about sesame seeds). 5. Scoop the rice, make a hole, and add a spoonful of mentaiko mayo. Then, I shape the rice balls to enclose the mentaiko mayo. 6. Make the sauce by mixing 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp water, and 2 tbsp oligosaccharide (order doesn't matter). 7. Lightly drizzle the sauce over the rice balls and bake. (Bake evenly or until crispy, according to your preference).
