I couldn't sleep because I was upset after visiting the hospital, so I got an early start this morning. Since I'm not feeling well and might not be able to visit my in-laws during the holiday, I made some yeolmu kimchi for my family. I did this because cooking helps me forget my worries, even if just for a little while ^^ How will I get through until Monday...

I had some leftover ingredients for 'Dujjonku' so I made it for the first time in a while. I almost burned out the mixer when I was making the spread at first, lol, but now I've got the hang of it and it's super quick~~

Making cookies since this morning~ My daughters wanted cookies, so I made some by fiddling around with them ^^

I had an MRI yesterday and went to see the results today. I have a fracture in my 3rd lumbar vertebra, and the disc has also been pushed due to the fracture. In cases like this, don't they usually perform procedures or surgery? But the professor just prescribed painkillers and told me to wear a brace ㅡ.ㅡ My pain is severe, so I'm wondering if it's right to just live with wearing a brace... Should I get a second opinion at another spine specialist hospital? ㅠㅠ

Why do bad things keep happening to me... ㅠㅠ First leukemia, then cervical cancer... gallbladder removal... I really don't want to go to the hospital anymore, but a while ago my back started hurting so much that I went, and they told me my spine is fractured... As I was leaving after booking an MRI, why did the tears start flowing? ㅠㅠ My bones have weakened from chemotherapy, so fractures happen easily even with minor impacts, but now my spine too... I'm overwhelmed with thoughts. My daughters... I feel so sorry and heartbroken that they have to see their mom sick again ㅠㅠ

All my acquaintances only have daughters, so they don't know anything about fractures, not even the letter 'G' (which sounds like 'fracture' in Korean) ㅠ My first child is so rambunctious, I never know where they'll dart off to, and then it happened. I told them not to run, but they ran again, slipped, and their leg bent backward, resulting in an ankle fracture ㅠ Because of this, the whole family had to cancel their vacation ㅠ This happened on the first day of our vacation at a large kids' cafe ㅠ It's the first time this has happened to us, so we were very shocked and flustered ㅠ We managed to get a cast on them, and now they're inseparable from the bed, eating and pooping well lol, but I wanted to ask if anyone has a child who has injured their leg before. Can they walk right after the cast is removed? The doctor says yes, but I don't think so.... My child has to keep their injured leg up until the cast is removed, so I don't understand how they can just start walking without any practice lol Has anyone experienced this before?

I have two daughters, in 6th and 8th grade.. How can their personalities and tastes be so opposite? Their favorite foods, preferences, personalities.. they're completely different. It's to the point where I wonder if these kids really came out of my own womb.. they're polar opposites.. My older daughter's puberty seemed to pass by so smoothly, almost like she skipped it, but my second daughter is already acting like she's got a severe case of 'middle school syndrome'.. it's intenseㅠㅠ If we ever order delivery food, just deciding on the menu can take over 30 minutes of arguing... For those who only have daughters, are your kids also this different? ㅠㅠ

My kid's school started in mid-July and school reopens on September 2nd. The long, long vacation is coming to an end ㅠ During vacation, food expenses increased, travel costs went up with more outings, and the kids' allowances also grew. Plus, cram school is packed with special lectures ~~~ 🤣

Parents~~ Are you happy when your kids go on vacation? Usually, when kids go on vacation, moms sigh haha But I wait for my kids' vacation~ I wish it was a two or three month vacation haha What about other moms?

My second daughter seems to be hitting puberty hard.. She's so irritable and stubborn now.. I'm at a loss on how to deal with her.. Feels like I'm walking on thin ice every day T_T
