Ridi <Roxana: The How to Protect the Heroine's Brother> This webtoon is based on the novel <The How to Protect the Heroine's Brother> and will be re-serialized on Ridi on October 1st!! Synopsis Roxana, the protagonist, suddenly finds herself transmigrated into a 19+ reverse harem novel!! To make matters worse, she's possessed as the older sister of the villainous sub-male lead. Her terrible father has kidnapped the heroine's brother from the novel, creating a death flag. Can Roxana save the heroine's brother and avoid the death flag? This webtoon has a sad story. It was originally serialized on KakaoPage, but the author was treated poorly (due to someone worse than an animal), and due to the shock, the serialization stopped for about 4 years. Perhaps because of that, the serialization platform is reportedly changing to Ridi... Even in such circumstances, it's amazing how she has consistently drawn perfect art without any art degradation. The story is quite dark and depressing. Since it's about the heroine's brother (the male lead) being kidnapped by Roxana's villainous family, the male lead goes through hell during the first part, but there's a thrill in watching the heroine secretly protect him,ㅎㅎ

I usually prefer really bright or coming-of-age romances. But for some reason, I keep finding myself watching stories that mess with your head (?) Webtoon Only Hope Webtoon Midwood KakaoPage Forgotten Field I cried my eyes out after reading them. That's all for now.

The art style is really cute and handsome, like a total sweetheart... Are there more webtoons like this..?

This is a webtoon that ranks high on Naver Webtoon's Monday lineup. The story is about a super powerful martial arts leader who suddenly reincarnates as a villainous young master, meets his past comrades, and slowly starts revealing the hints about why he's called the Reincarnated Demonic Master. I liked that it felt different from other martial arts webtoons, and it's so fun just watching the conversations that I'm enjoying it a lot. Honestly, even without this one, DP's works are always reliable. ㅇㅇ

KakaoPage's <Dad Hides His Strength> This webtoon is based on the novel <Dad Hides His Strength>. The initial plot summary is about the female protagonist, Lilith, reincarnated into a world where war seems endless due to a warmongering emperor!! It would have been nice if her father was just an extremely ordinary extra named James Brown, but one day, knights appear before Lilith and her party, demanding Enok Rubinstein. They threaten to kill his daughter if he doesn't comply!! At this moment, James Brown attacks the knights, demanding they release his daughter, and it seems suspicious for a mere extra!? This can be summarized as follows. Honestly, when the novel first came out, I was wary because the title sounded childish, but the webtoon's art was so good that I ended up reading it 🤣 But I regret not reading it sooner because the plot is perfect with great foreshadowing and payoff. Also, the male lead and the fathers are incredibly perceptive, so I appreciate that we avoid most of the frustrating plot points, except for the ones caused by the villain using cheat-like abilities!! I have so much more I want to say, but why can I only write 500 characters?😭

This is a webtoon I really like.. Overall, it doesn't have a major overarching plot, so you can think of it as a collection of short stories. It's mostly thrillers, but there's romance and variety too. https://m.comic.naver.com/share/FlL8CYmEFM

Naver Webtoon Fantasy / Family/Healing/Parenting Completed Rating ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (A rating combining all the stars in the universe) I clicked on episode 1 without thinking, and now it's my #1 favorite work, Mori❤️🥹 Synopsis... I won't tell you😏 If you're curious, run over there! 🙌🙌🥴

I usually read the novel before the manga, but I haven't read this novel yet. The manga was fun though. It's about the protagonist escaping after being trapped in the tutorial tower and then saving the Earth as an overpowered character.

Trash of the Count's Family / Yoo Ryeo Han It's an isekai, dimension-travel, and delinquent-themed web novel, but it's truly the progenitor of Korean delinquent novels. As many of you probably know, it's from the same generation as Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint and Solo Leveling, so back then it was called one of the 'Big 3' fantasy novels ㅋㅋ. The problem is, the author, much like the male lead, has an incredible talent for causing trouble and escalating situations. The novel is currently over 1000 chapters and still ongoing ㅋㅋㅋ. The way the world-building expands is really fun, and the protagonist's perspective and attitude are completely refreshing. The webtoon's illustration is also amazing, making every episode a feast for the eyes. Not only the villains, but even minor characters who appear only once have stunning visuals; it seems the illustrator just can't draw ugly people.. Except for the married couples, there's zero romance between the characters. For your reference, I'm currently following both the novel and the webtoon on KakaoPage.

I wish they'd make a BL version.
