It seems like you can pretty much clear it with just Juggernaut and Shin in the basic cat base. The only things to be careful about are Jarami (wave attack) on stage 55 and getting pushed back by Lions on stage 50. If you watch out for those, everything else is easy.

Is there anything I should add or remove?

Future Arc Chapter 3 Moon - Pro Tip: Definitely use Psychic. My friend beat Chapter 3 right after using it.

What are the essential characters needed to clear it? It's too difficult and I'm stuck ㅜ

This Colosseum is really not easy. I struggled quite a bit this time. Personally, I think the 3rd stage was the hardest. That Doberman's heatwave melts the entire line. In the end, I gathered them all at once and cleared it easily. It feels like it's been a while since I wrote about Nyanko. I haven't had anything to post lately because there haven't been any updates. Nyanko, update more often!
