I have 94 Legend Rare Cat's Eyes. Is there any use for them besides leveling up Legend Rares?

I've rolled 33 times and haven't gotten a single Ultra Rare :( I currently have 8 'Reti' and 500 cat food cans.

Her divine artifact [Wings of Life and Death] drives away evil and bestows blessings upon the land. Effective against super-organisms, sometimes emits waves. And [Kappa K] Even she, who rarely smiles, shows an expression to no one else when in front of a cat (Area Attack). Occasionally briefly stops the movement of floating enemies. They taste good, but are they good in terms of performance? I was originally aiming for Blue-Eyes.
