You can progress smoothly without paying at the start, and it gets a bit slower in the late game, but raids are fun, and playing with friends isn't bad either. There are field raids and remote raids; if you prioritize convenience, go remote. If you're willing to move around but want more fun, field raids are better. Also, it's tough to do remote raids as a free-to-play player, but if you place Pokémon in gyms everywhere and give them berries when they're low on health, you'll get a lot of berries. While Pokemon GO requires spending money to catch more and increase the chances of getting good stuff, even free-to-play players have opportunities to catch good things, and leveling up is possible through effort alone. However, when I tried other games, they talked about free gacha pulls or roulette spins, but in the end, you hit a wall if you don't spend money. Even if you spend, you still fall behind those who spend more. Pokemon GO is the best because you can play it without worrying too much.

After submitting, I got an email 5 days later saying it was approved. Then, about 9 more days passed, and the stop was actually created in the game!! This is the first stop I ever got approved and created. Now I can play a bit more comfortably even from home lol
