This turn-based strategy puzzle game needs some guides.
Item rewards do give some as you level up. You don't see them at first, but I saw an ad at the base tower. Each stage has 3-4 phases or is long, so it's better to use skills intermittently. Trainer cards give more experience to cards of the same color. You can create hero cards in the training center. Sometimes 5-star cards drop in raids. There are 5 card attributes. Blue (Water) > Red (Fire) > Green (Grass) > Blue (Water) is the order for effective damage. Purple (Dark) <-> Yellow (Light) To deal good damage, it's advantageous to know these attributes, figure out the attributes of the mobs in the stage, and clear pieces or use card skills. Something to pay attention to is that cleared pieces only attack the mobs in that row, and since the mobs also attack in turns, manual play is passive. Card skills are incredibly diverse, including AoE, single target, debuffs, ATK buffs, healers, etc. In a previous game I played, it was advantageous to make attribute decks like purple or yellow decks (which deal normal damage to red, green, blue) or 2-attribute decks with piece color conversion skills, but I don't know if that works in this game either. I expected many rewards from time, attendance, and hidden events, but meat, iron, and energy are severely lacking, so leveling up is slow.

Hoo-rok! Oho-ra~! Kikikiri, your analysis that pierces through attributes like the saying 'Know yourself and your enemy, and you will never be defeated' is truly sharp. Congratulations on obtaining the 5-star hero Justice, and I have no doubt that with your meticulousness, you will wisely overcome any trial in Silvaluca. Hmph!
