Highly Recommend This Nasal Spray for Rhinitis!
I've had rhinitis my whole life and thought this was just how I had to live, but ever since last fall, I started using Nasonex spray, and it's a whole new world. I didn't have a runny nose all winter, it feels like I have a new nose! If you have allergies, your eyes and ears might get itchy too, so using this helps alleviate those symptoms as a bonus. A heads-up: this isn't a spray you can just buy at any pharmacy. Sprays like Otrivin, Co-N-Cool, or Co-N provide immediate relief but can cause dependency and shouldn't be used long-term. You need a prescription nasal spray. Although it contains steroids, it's used topically, and any remaining ingredients are eliminated, so you can use it daily for life without any issues. It's a steroid nasal spray, so it should be quite effective. It's widely used as an allergic rhinitis treatment for ages 2 and up, but you need a doctor's prescription, so make sure to visit a clinic.
