๐ฅฉ 'Gridon Meat' with Delicious Thick Pork Belly
The meat was really thick and juicy, so it was delicious. The grilled mushrooms on the side were also a treat! It felt like the portion size was a bit small, so we ended up eating 4 servings for two people lollll I like to dip my pork belly in wasabi and salt, and it tasted even better with the thick cut! Can't forget the steamed egg~~~ We finished off with a fluffy steamed egg pot ๐ What do you guys like to dip your pork belly in?

If you don't dip samgyeopsal in anything, you can enjoy the meat itself..

I like to dip it in fermented anchovy sauce~! If you chop up some chili peppers, slice some garlic, and simmer it with half a cup of soju, oh boy, it's delicious~~!!!!๐คฉ๐คฉ๐

Isn't 4 servings of pork belly for two people the standard portion??? ใ ใ Sheriff, you really are a light eater... I knew it when you said you packed the leftover chicken... lololol I love eating pork belly with really delicious salt!! If it's regular salt, then with seasoned oil lol Seeing pork belly pictures at this hour of the night ใ ใ
