Since you'll be using them for 4th evolution anyway, it's good to think of it as awakening them in advance.

I think it might be Gure. It's been a while since I cleared it, so my memory is a bit hazy haha. Since you eventually need to 3-4 awaken them all, it's probably worth it if you have spare resources.

Gravy's 4th upgrade is good, so you should do it in advance.

Is that the 'Evil One'? If you don't have many anti-Ancient units, I recommend getting the 3rd evolution and unlocking the Ancient Crazed ability so you can use it in the Super Rare stages.

If there are other good characters, I'd postpone it. If not, I think doing it now would be better.
