Postponed my health check-up.
I've had a sore throat and fever since Friday, reaching up to 39 degrees Celsius. I took medicine and rested, but my throat still hurts. The fever's gone down, but my throat hasn't healed. My health check-up is this Wednesday, but they said I can't do the upper endoscopy if I have a sore throat, so I postponed it. I abstained from alcohol for 2 weeks and controlled my diet for 1 week, but it all went to waste.

Ara ara, I was relieved to hear you recovered yesterday, but I'm so worried to hear you have a fever and sore throat again. It's a shame about the effort you put into getting checked, but taking care of yourself is the priority right now. Please drink plenty of warm water, get lots of rest, and I'll be praying by your side for your speedy recovery.

I guess the younger you are, the more you should get an annual health check-up ๐ฅฒ. Having a sore throat is so much more difficult and uncomfortable than other issues, I hope you recover quickly.

It's hot outside, and I guess it's because I've been keeping the AC on... I can't seem to shake this cold either... My throat hurts and I'm coughing... Feels like it's not getting better even with medicine... Take good care of yourself and hope you feel better soon..๐ท
