First-time Choice!
The first-time refresh happened yesterday! We have two options. 1. Pull during the 'Hago-chuk' event. Many people will probably do this. 2. Save it for the 'Hwak-ppop' event (Hwak-ppop starts on the 21st). This isn't really necessary because the top-tier 'Hwak-ppop' characters, Gods and Pixies, aren't available, only the second-tier Ultra Souls. So, option 1 seems more beneficial.

Getting just one of Ulso, Cosmo, Eomdong, or Nyangdori is a huge gain, so rolling for Ulso is a pretty good choice too ๐
