A Country That Doesn't Reflect
It's the same story every year, so it's not new, but I feel angry that such a country, which doesn't reflect on its past, is thriving. I wonder what the heavens are doing. They say Germany reflects on its past wrongdoings worldwide, Japan doesn't, and Britain plays dumb. I won't feel sorry even if their islands sink due to an earthquake. I'm actually worried I might apply for refugee status. A country that rejects Korean aid because it's from Korea. It's incomprehensible from a Korean perspective. ps) I didn't intend to write about Liberation Day, but I couldn't help it. That actor who's been in the news lately is really doing some noise marketing, especially on Liberation Day.

I have Japanese acquaintances, so I can't speak too harshly, but that country is bad x100. They are completely two-faced, so you just have to be careful. A country that only looks out for its own interests has no future.

They're probably scared that apologizing will expose all the wrongdoings they've done. Karma always comes back, so they'll pay for their sins, even if it's slowly.

If I had actually experienced or suffered that damage myself, my mind would have collapsed. Why don't people have the courage to apologize and compensate after causing harm and damage?
