That's theoretically true, with a max HP of 10 million, but it's limited to flying enemies. There are also many characters with better general utility (like the Octopus Pot), so if you pull Nyan-ko, it's one of the "Four Heavenly Kings" (Earth Dragon, Kuu, Hades (not Gods), Cyclops) that can ruin your Nyan-ko journey. Still, you can't ignore the theoretical 10 million max HP. If you don't plan on maxing it out, I recommend getting it as a new player bonus and then ditching it.
