Sound distortion during combat
Sometimes during combat, voices, music, etc. get distorted. How can I fix this? If there's any voice acting during combat, the sound gets so garbled that I can't understand it without subtitles.

It might be your device. That's what happened to me... My budget tablet seems to struggle a bit when running Genshin.

I sometimes run into that issue when playing Genshin on my phone too..🥲 I think it might be a data or storage problem, or maybe the device overheating. Genshin takes up a lot of space... playing it on mobile can be tough 🥲🥲
