Try waiting a day first. If it still doesn't arrive, take a screenshot of your game screen, then go to Playo -> Today -> Profile -> Gear icon -> Customer Center -> My Inquiries -> Contact Us. When you inquire, upload the screenshot and mention that the reward hasn't arrived.
