I really need to quit drinking...
I can't seem to control myself lately. I need to quit before something really dangerous happens. I know I should just drink in moderation, but I can't seem to do that.

It's not easy to restrain yourself.. There are e-cigarettes for quitting smoking, but I wonder if they make electronic alcohol too..

Hmm... try setting a limit on how much you drink and enjoy it slowly. You could split a drink into halves or have one drink and then watch TV, etc... I used to set a limit like that when I drank.

I used to be like that too, but now I just set a limit and don't overdo it. If it costs more, I just can't afford it.
