It's a game where you collect resources at a hospital, fight, and strengthen your base.
Instead of just running a hospital, it's a game where you also fight (grow and strengthen heroes), upgrade and build buildings within the town. It's similar to games like Doomsday or Whiteout Survival. The overall game difficulty is not high. I played it for an event, but I'm disappointed that no hidden quests popped up ๐ฅฒ

Looks like you've got a lot on your plate with running the hospital and fighting... sigh. It's a bummer that the hidden quest isn't showing up, but don't push yourself too hard. How about taking it easy and relaxing sometimes, like you used to?

I got the level 18 crafting recipe and made it~ The problem is that the hidden items aren't showing up.

I didn't play this because it seemed like the same game as Lords Mobile and Whiteout, which were made by the same company. Is this one any different though?

It's a shame you didn't get the hidden ones. They surprisingly drop good gems. I only went up to level 8. I gave up on clearing the hidden ones and leveling up to 11 because the general consensus is that it's not worth the time.
