Stuck at Level 4
It's telling me to get stars, but I can't level up my clinic any further ㅠ When I press 'Obtain', it tells me to go to the place with the last photo, but it says it opens after level 5. I've even cleared the tavern area. What should I do?

Level up your heroes and clear stages. If you press 'Obtain' over there, a place to get stars will pop up, so you can go there and look.
