This Morning's Meal

E-Mart Fresco Salad with 3 spoonfuls of black sesame dressing. One spicy tteokbokki-flavored chicken breast. This chicken breast was like spicy chicken galbi, you know? There were떡 (rice cakes) in between the meat. The sauce tasted like the Yeopdduk tteokbokki sauce... It tasted good though! The Fresco salad pack comes with 2 servings per pack, and it was quite heavy for a salad... Eating it plain was a bit bitter, but it was better with the dressing. However, the dressing itself was salty, so ughhh Now, to finish it off with some diet herbal medicine... Ughhh 😵💫 I want to eat curry and Yeopdduk spicy chicken stew.
