Hotel Del Luna (2019)
Today, I'd like to introduce the drama 'Hotel Del Luna,' starring IU and Yeo Jin-goo, which aired in 2019. Hotel Del Luna is a special hotel located in the heart of Seoul, invisible to ordinary people. This is a place that hosts not humans, but departed souls. It tells the story of Jang Man-wol, who has guarded the hotel for a long time, and Goo Chan-sung, an elite hotelier who one day becomes the manager of Del Luna. Jang Man-wol, played by IU, was fun to watch because she had a prickly and eccentric personality despite her beautiful appearance. Goo Chan-sung, played by Yeo Jin-goo, was impressive as he gradually opened his heart to Del Luna and Man-wol, even though he was initially afraid of dealing with ghosts. The story, which unfolds the tales of the ghosts one by one, combined with the romance between the two leads, gives it a different charm than a typical romance drama.
