I see other people getting a lot of BlAs before clearing Light/Great Frenzy, but I've cleared everything and I'm still only in the mid-to-low tier. (My best BlAs are Back Slash/Black Water/Black Cat)

It seems like most people start by rerolling for Blue Archive these days. If you don't reroll, there's a pretty big difference, but you should still be able to clear it.
