Her name is Ryuichi (Ryuichi & Ryuji) and she's an Ultra Rare character. With a range of 550, she has a 30% chance to inflict a 50% attack debuff on all colored enemies. In her second form, her range decreases but her HP increases, and she becomes an area attacker with 3 consecutive hits, with a 20% chance to inflict an attack debuff. The most important part is her Cat Combo: in her first form, she has Movement Speed Up [S], and in her second form, she has Starting Treasures Up [S]. So if you use her in her second form, you can activate two Cat Combos by herself. As expected, for Kunio-kun characters, the Cat Combo is more important than stats.
