You can get speed-up items from the guild shop, and you'll accumulate a decent amount of 'Diar' just by playing. To build two buildings, people usually buy the 500-gem item that extends the construction queue by 1 hour. You should focus on upgrading during that time. If your guild has many members, support is faster, which greatly speeds things up.
