You can probably reach up to Cathedral level 18. It'll be much easier if you join a guild with many active members. To get speed-up items, you'll need to rely on the guild shop or defeating elite zombies, which requires gathering your guildmates. Many other events also require gathering, so a guild with lots of people is essential. The difference in construction speed is huge.

Leveling up the cathedral is pretty tough lol. I was thinking of buying coins through in-app purchases too, but the prices were too high so I gave up haha.

Level 8 is quick to reach, and level 11 is quite doable, but after that it gets a bit tough and challenging, so I gave up at level 11.
