All quests are random :( So some people get them and some don't.

I've completed Cathedral levels 4 and 6. I'm working on the rest, but I'm not sure if I'll finish them. It's quite a bit of work, haha.

This game is simpler than you might think. It's divided into hospital and cathedral upgrades. Definitely join a guild with lots of strong members. The development speed will be more than twice as fast. In the early stages, even without speed-up items, you can finish quickly if people support you. You absolutely must participate in rallies. Use gems to buy the 500 gem construction queue and focus on upgrading buildings for an hour. Check the upgrade status of other buildings required for cathedral leveling. Exploration and hunting should be done in small amounts when you log in. The biggest shortage until the hidden stage isn't resources, but speed-up items. You get speed-up items from rally victory rewards or the guild shop. Resources can also be covered by reward items.
