It's showing this, what should I do? My data connection is fine. This happened once before and I lost a quest.

You lost a quest last time too... that must have been really upsetting. It's such a hassle when the data is fine but this happens. How about trying to clear the Play Store cache in the settings?

Try going to your smartphone's Settings > Applications > Google Play Store > Storage, and tap Clear Cache and then Clear Data. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your phone.
