If you listen closely, you can hear Tiri's voice lol Iceland's winter is from October to March. Especially in December, the daytime is only about 4 hours long, so the chances of seeing the aurora increase. We go on trips, wait for days, can't even see the aurora, and come back home, but they run into the aurora right in front of their eyes while driving home... 1. It's a winter night in Iceland. You should look closely. 2.3.4.5 It's the Milky Way and night sky of Iceland. 6.7 It's an aurora that appears unexpectedly. 8.9.10 It's the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. People enjoying a hot spring bath and swimming in the middle of winter. Tiri and 'Bikongae' are also in there. (Filmed by Feluca & Sonia) Other photos were sent by friends from travel agencies. Everything is uploaded on Pinterest. Always thankful.

My dad told me he saw the Milky Way once when there was absolutely no light on Jirisan mountain back in the day...!! I really want to see the aurora or the Milky Way someday too ๐

Are the stars in the Icelandic night sky really that big and beautiful? It's just a photo, so it's zoomed in, right??? If the stars were that big and pretty, I think I could watch them all night, even more than the aurora...
