Finally changed my artifact to Fragmented for Miko...

Miko gets so strong with her buffs that she's basically a new character. If you think of it as gearing up a new character, it might not be that much of a hassle. I don't have Miko though.

I'll have to experiment with Sugar Odette too out of curiosity. If you don't have Yae Miko in your Sandrone party, Alosha or Fischl is stronger than Inepa. Without their signature reactions, Inepa and Odette's sustained damage is 3 times weaker than Furina, Escaflowne, or Chiori.
