Why isn't my play time being counted? Is it just me? ใ I can't receive time quests, even though I can receive level quests...

Go to Profile > Settings > Check the relevant option and click 'Diagnose Game Time'. If you haven't used up your 120 minutes today, most issues should be resolved.
