Are you referring to the 'Explore Quests' or 'Action Quests' in Valorant? Sometimes the time tracking can be buggy. Go to Profile > Settings > Game Time Measurement Diagnosis and then try reconnecting to the game. If you still can't claim your reward after doing that, take a screenshot showing your playtime and contact customer support.
