Once you start, two heavy infantry units will appear. Quickly take down the water-gun heavy infantry on the left before it uses elemental enhancement. (I trust you know the water-gun heavy infantry is a healer.) The ice-gun heavy infantry can be dealt with by using fire grenades. In subsequent battles, be mindful of snipers. (Snipers in this stage are almost always positioned on high ground.) The recommended assault rifle for this stage has homing capabilities when aiming, so just aim and shoot. Also, it's recommended not to get too close to the Vanguard. This is because of the lightning strike mechanic upon their defeat. In the final boss battle, prioritize eliminating the accompanying medics first, as they also provide shields to the boss. Afterward, as you deplete the boss's health, be aware that two snipers will appear around the halfway point of its HP. When the boss unleashes a barrage of aimed shots, it's safer to hide behind cover rather than trying to attack. Dodge area attacks by sliding.
