Manage Resource Production Facilities: Consistently level up facilities for food, medicine, and construction resources, and collect from them regularly. Differentiate Internal Affairs vs. Combat Heroes: Assign heroes with skills that increase resource gathering/treatment speed to internal affairs, and those with troop attack/defense buffs to combat.
