Chuck Rework

They call it a Chuck rework, but it's a nerf. Reason 1. Made the skill ceiling too high (higher than Kaze). Reason 2. Dash speed nerfed, so only speed boost can increase it => Sounds like they're telling you to die if you don't have Star Buff. (Volt would be faster.) Reason 3. Super damage cut in half. That's all. Thought there was more, didn't you? Reason 4. "Removed Super self-charge" my ass, they nerfed the Super charge rate, they didn't remove it. Conclusion: A brawler where mastery is paramount, and win rate is abysmal without reaching the skill ceiling.
