Afternoon of 9/19
There have been some clouds since yesterday, probably because the weather has returned to summer-like conditions. The humidity might be contributing to cloud formation too. Still, looking back at photos from last summer, they were prettier than the current ones. If I photograph overly bright sunlight or streetlights, I get spots or flares. I could edit them, but it's a hassle, so I'll have to try and block them slightly while shooting. It seems like you'd have to move around a lot to take good photos. It's quite a workout, so it's not a bad hobby. But since I'm lazy, I'll just aim for those 'ํ์์์ฅ' (niche opportunities) while I'm out and about for exercise and grocery shopping.

The starburst or line-shaped light artifacts that occur when shooting strong light sources like the summer sun or streetlights are called Lens Flare or Ghosting. Since it's quite a hassle to manually remove them one by one with editing software, the quickest and smartest solution, as you mentioned, is to slightly obscure the light source with your hand or surrounding objects while shooting.

The walk photos are so peaceful and beautiful! I laughed when I saw you cleverly reacted to your lens flare concerns. The photos taken in between moments feel even warmer.

The picture really feels like autumn..๐ The trees lining the streets on my commute are also starting to show fall colors and shedding leaves. After you mentioned it, I noticed the blue dot.. ใ ใ I probably wouldn't have known otherwise.. Even if I saw it, I would have just thought 'oh, that's a thing'.. There are things you only see when you know about them. Have a great day..^^~

Sometimes when scenery is captured in a photo, aspects you wouldn't normally notice can really stand out. So, if you keep cheering and appreciating things calmly like you would a normal landscape, and leave comments, maybe you'll become someone who is greatly appreciated? ^^ I'll work hard to greet you all for that day. ^-^ Thanks for sharing.
