Why aren't they giving me the reward?

Maybe the tally wasn't done correctly? Try contacting support.

I can't receive it yet because the Time Quest is pending. You have to wait until you accept the exploration quest.

After doing a Time Quest once, there's a cooldown period, so you have to wait. As you can see now, you can receive the quest again in 8 hours.

You can't accept while waiting, so you won't get the reward!! It says 8 hours left, so press accept after 8 hours and then play for another 30 minutes.

This seems to be a bug, so you might need to contact customer support. The platform (Plo?) often has these kinds of errors, so I wish they'd fix it more often.
