The story goes something like this: you get infected with a plague while casually progressing through the story, and if you don't cure it in time, you turn into a zombie. But out of curiosity, I left it unattended for 24 hours, and it reset to another 24 hours... lol Then, after another 24 hours passed, it refilled for another 24 hours. (You're fine, stop faking it)

These games always do this: give you a tight deadline and then infinite overtime.
