There are idiots who buy bikes for over 1 million won lol

I really don't understand why people spend so much money on bikes.

Hmm... It's like someone who knows nothing about cars saying, 'Why buy that car with mediocre specs for that price? Pathetic.' Rising material costs, increased labor expenses, technological advancements, and higher fuel taxes for transportation during import/export all play a significant role in the price hike. To maintain a decent level of stability and ride a bike with average specs, spending around 120 (presumably currency units like dollars or euros) is nothing. While top-tier riders say the real pride is in their engine (stamina) rather than bike specs, that's only true for the absolute pros; for regular users, it's an insurmountable gap, and they have to rely on their gear to some extent. I respect that people drop 15 million (currency units) on a flagship bike and spend 200-300k (currency units) just to shave off 2g of weight, but I also think it's not for me. Anyway, the reality is that a decent bike in today's market costs over 100 (currency units). Anything below that is less about pursuing fun and health, and more for just casual errands when you don't want to walk. Thanks to all this, I'm starting to wonder if I'm the one who's the pre-emptive idiot... ^^
